Terms of Service
Last updated
These terms are an agreement between you and Drapi.dev (“Drapi.dev”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the Drapi.dev website, dashboard, form endpoints, and API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use Drapi.dev on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm that you have authority to do so.
1. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@drapi.dev if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
2. The Service
Drapi.dev gives each form a unique endpoint URL that receives submissions, stores them, filters spam, and can send email notifications. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces the Service you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Drapi.dev to:
- collect passwords, payment card numbers, or other credentials through deceptive forms (phishing);
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or relay notification emails to people who have not opted in;
- collect data unlawfully, including data from children without the consent the law requires;
- store or distribute malware, or content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others;
- probe, overload, or bypass the Service’s security, rate limits, or plan limits, or access another customer’s data;
- resell or provide the Service to others as a standalone product without our written permission.
We may pause forms or suspend accounts that break these rules or put the Service or other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
4. Your data
You own the content you create and the submissions your forms receive (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to host, process, and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide and secure the Service.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the data your forms ask for, and for telling the people who submit your forms how their data is used, for example in your own privacy policy. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export submissions as CSV and delete them at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Plans, limits, and payment
Each plan comes with the limits listed on our pricing page, including projects, forms, allowed domains, monthly submissions, and notification emails. When a limit is reached, further submissions or emails may be rejected until the limit resets at the start of the next month (UTC).
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice, and the new price applies from your next billing period. You can downgrade or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep Drapi.dev available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, failures at our hosting or email providers, and events outside our control can cause downtime or delayed emails. Support is provided by email.
7. Termination
You can stop using Drapi.dev and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including your data, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Spam filtering reduces unwanted submissions but cannot catch every one, and it may occasionally reject a legitimate submission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Drapi.dev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Drapi.dev against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your forms, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, email account holders before the changes take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated terms.
